About Us
The Ladies Foundation for Pure Knowledge (LFPK) was founded in December 2010 with the purpose of bringing evidenced-based programmes such as the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique and its affiliated programmes, to the women and children of Lebanon. Our mission is to enable women and families to enjoy greater happiness, wellbeing and fulfillment through developing their full potential, and by extension, raising the quality of life for all the people of Lebanon. Our broadest goal is to help create stability and peace for our nation.
Programmes we have recently offered include the implementation of the TM technique in a school for disadvantaged children in the Bekaa. Additionally, we offer the holistic healthcare programmes of Maharishi Ayurveda to promote perfect health in a natural and effective way. We also participate in public events such as International Yoga Day.
We offer TM courses and one-day conferences for women, to deepen the understanding of the experience and theory of pure knowledge—the transcendental level of life—the all-nourishing power at the basis of life. We believe this is an important quality to enliven in order to empower each of us to reach our full potential for the benefit of our individual, family, and national life. Just as watering the root of a tree nourishes all the branches, fruit, and leaves, experience of the inner transcendental level nourishes and enriches all outer aspects of life. We invite all women to learn more and join us for this special event.
